Bio:
Mark Goldstein, President and CEO, has consistently served nonprofits as a staff member, board member or consultant since 1991. Mark’s primary role at Communication Mark is to formulate creative project strategies, direct project and grant research, and edit grant proposals. He has raised millions for nonprofit organizations by obtaining grants for organizations of all types, sizes and locales. His volunteerism has included cycling from Boston to New York to help combat HIV/AIDS and playing a lead role in founding a public access television station. Mark is a Duke University Nonprofit Management course instructor and has published over 225 articles in community newspapers and other publications. He currently serves as a board member for the Association of Fundraising Professionals Western North Carolina Chapter.

Rebecca joined the development team at UNC Asheville in 2005. She was previously the Executive Director of the Western North Carolina Historical Association/ Smith-McDowell House Museum and the Executive Director of Colburn Gem & Mineral Museum at Pack Place. Lamb as a BA in Geology and a BA in Geography from the University of North Carolina, a Certificate in Nonprofit Management from Duke University, and is currenlty working on her Masters of Liberal Arts at UNC Asheville. She has served as Secretary of AFP WNC Board since 2009 and previously co-chaired the summer Philanthropy Institute.
