International AFP Conference in San Francisco 2017
I had the pleasure of attending the three-day International AFP Conference in San Francisco as our chapter’s Chamberlain Scholar. I was delighted to have access to the best educational sessions, highly engaging general session public speakers, and numerous opportunities to network with peers. I must admit, the size and scope of the conference initially was intimidating, but after attending the First Timer’s Welcome session on the first day, I met several fundraising professionals from around the world, and we continued to experience our first conference together. I cannot express how invaluable this experience has been. I’m looking forward to the 2018 Conference in New Orleans, and I encourage other chapter members to attend. Antanette Mosley
