Have you ever wished you could improve coordination and collaboration across your organization? What if you could leverage advocates throughout the operation to share key messages and reach your audiences?
Join Jim Brewer for an overview of how to set up a tactical calendar to strategically mobilize different departments and/or locations so that you can share your message and mobilize your donors. The objectives of a tactical calendar are to provide an overall framework for the organization, promote monthly themes, clarify communications and expectations, provide cross support for activities and events, identify and marshal resources and personnel, and maintain momentum.

About Jim Brewer

Jim Brewer is the first Director for Altruism in WNC–at least as far as he knows. He has over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. He has served in fundraising leadership roles at Winston-Salem State University, UNC Asheville, and Pardee Health; he is currently the Director of Altruism at ABCCM.
