The objectives of a tactical calendar are to provide an overall framework for the organization\, promote monthly themes\, clarify communications and expectations\, provide cross support for activities and events\, identify and marshal resources and personnel\, and maintain momentum.\n\n \nAbout Jim Brewer\n\nJim Brewer is the first Director for Altruism in WNC–at least as far as he knows. He has over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit sector.
