National Philanthropy Day is a special day to recognize and pay tribute to the great contributions that philanthropy – and those active in the philanthropic community – make to our lives, communities and world. Each November, the Association of Fundraising Professionals Western North Carolina Chapter celebrates the importance of philanthropy and recognizes those who are doing extraordinary work in our community.
This year, AFP WNC is excited to announce the 2025 Philanthropy Summit, which includes the return of our annual National Philanthropy Day Celebration followed by a half-day professional development conference formerly known as Philanthropy Institute. On Wednesday, November 12, 2025, join us for an inspiring day celebrating generosity, impact, and the power of community.
